This week's give away, Hit List : The Best of Latino Mystery, by by Sarah Cortez (Editor) , Liz Martinez (Editor), requires a smattering of Spanish language or a Spanish/English dictionary.
Collection of first time short mystery fiction by Latino authors who have pioneered the genre, using it to showcase their unique cultures, neighborhoods & realities. Contains both stylistically & ethnically diverse stories that run the gamut of the genre, from traditional to noir, private eye to police procedural, even chick lit.
Two of the stories are autographed by their respective authors. I should warn you some of the stories are also "R" rated. I really like this anthology, or I wouldn't pass it on.
If you're interested, leave a comment.
I will keep the comments open until Sunday afternoon and then announce the winner on Monday morning when I offer a new book. The winner will chosen by the Random-Number-Generator.
The winner of last week's give away is SewCalGal.
Don't know that I would enjoy this one but my neighbor would eat it up.
